临近空间环境下高功率密度电机组件设计及仿真
Design and Simulation of a Kind of PMSM with High Power Density in Near Space
【摘要】 介绍了一种永磁同步电动机的设计及仿真,产品用于平流层飞艇螺旋桨驱动系统中。电动机采用了分数槽绕组降低齿槽转矩,转子采用嵌入式磁钢结构;减速器采用斜齿行星齿轮设计。同时采用电磁及热仿真设计,确保高功率密度电机组件在临近空间环境下的可靠运行。
【Abstract】 The design and simulation of a PMSM used in the drive system of stratosphere airship propeller was introduced in this paper.In this system,the stator of the motor adopted fractional-slot winding to reduce cogging torque,and the rotor used insert permanent magnet(IPM).The reducer employed the design of helical planetary gear.Meanwhile,electromagnetic and thermal simulation design were also used to ensure the reliable performance of the high power density motor system in near space.
