【Abstract】 Objective To get the deficient information of inform consent form on enhanced CT to provide references for improvement.Method Investigation the Inform Consent Form on enhanced CT from twenty-one hospitals.Result Incomplete informing contents and other deficiencies existed in the Inform Consent Form on enhanced CT in the twenty-one hospitals.Conclusion The complete Inform Consent Form on enhanced CT is an important prerequisite to ensures patients’ right.更多还原
