【摘要】 目的评价老年性白内障临床路径实施效果。方法若指标间无相关性,采用t检验;若指标间存在相关性,则采用Hotelling T2检验。结果结果显示,术前住院天数、住院天数、住院费用及医药费间均存在显著相关性,而卫生材料费与其它指标均无显著相关性。临床路径的实施对卫生材料费有明显影响,同时对术前住院天数、住院天数、住院费用及医药费等有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluation of the effect of implementation of clinical pathway for senile cataract.Methods If there was no correlation among the indicators,t-test was used;otherwise,Hotelling T2 test was used for analysis.Results Analysis showed preoperative hospital stay,length of stay,hospital costs and medical expenses had a significant correlation among each other,but health materials had no significant correlation with other indicators.The implementation of clinical pathway had a significant effect on health materials,while it had a significant impact on preoperative hospital stays,hospital days,hospital costs and medical expenses,etc.更多还原
