【Abstract】 In this paper,we introduced the tool of fuzzy mathematics into the coordination of the four-echelon supply chain consisting of one material supplier,one manufacturer,one distributor and one retailer and obtained the mathematical expression of the optimal decision of the supply chain members when facing fuzzy demand.Then through a numerical analysis,we found that within the fuzzy environment,profit concession and flexible payment could coordinate the inventory of the supply chain members and effectively reduce total supply chain cost.更多还原
