【Abstract】 In this paper,we pointed out that the financial risks of logistics enterprises mainly included fundraising risk,investment risk, cash flow risk,and profit risk,etc.,and then on the aspects of establishing a risk management organization system,stressing the cultivation of risk management talents,building risk measurement and forewarning system,and strengthening internal financial control,proposed the countermeasures for the logistics enterprises to control the financial risks.更多还原
