【Abstract】 In this paper,we argued that with the rapid development of information technology,the reform in business modes and the rise of the manufacturing industry,logistics outsourcing had become more and more comprehensive and complex,from the originally single-faceted functional outsourcing,to the comprehensive logistics outsourcing,and then to the current integrated logistics outsourcing.This put the objective requirement on the establishment of a suitable third party logistics operational mode,which meant to cause into being gradually a situation where self-organized logistics,subcontracted logistics,strategic alliance,virtual network and integrated supply chain logistics,etc.,coexisted.更多还原
