深圳供港蔬菜物流质量管理及其借鉴——基于质量链视角

【摘要】 研究了供港蔬菜质量链的构成和运作管理,对供港蔬菜质量的控制进行分析,为我国"内贸"型蔬菜质量的管理提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we studied the constitution of the quality chain of the Hongkong-supplying vegetables and the management of its operation and then analyzed the control of the quality of the vegetables to be supplied to Hongkong.
