6种新型3-苯甲酰甲基硫代-1,2,4-三唑的合成
Synthesis of Six New Kinds of 3-Phenacylthio-1,2,4-Triazoles
【摘要】 以1-芳酰基-3-苯氨基硫脲和2-溴代苯乙酮为主要原料,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,在弱碱三乙胺催化下合成了6种新的3-苯甲酰甲基硫代-1,2,4-三唑类化合物,产率为72%~86%,产物的结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和高分辨质谱进行了表征.
【Abstract】 Six new kinds of 3-phenacylthio-1,2,4-triazoles were synthesized from 1-aroyl-3-phenylaminothiourea and 2-bromoacetophenone using dichloromethane as dissolvent,and triethylamine as the catalyst.All the structures of compounds were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS spectra.The yields are about 72%-86%.
