【摘要】 犯罪是一个普遍的社会现象,存在于所有的人类社会。中国古代的前贤先哲们就有许多关于犯罪预防思想的精辟论断。而作为一门学科,犯罪学发端于西方,中国古代犯罪预防思想与西方犯罪控制理论既有较大差异,又有很多内在的联系。当前,为解决西方犯罪学在我国的本土化问题,有必要把我国古代有关预防犯罪的思想融入西方犯罪学理论中,进而为西方犯罪学在我国的本土化提供理论支撑与历史链接。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crime is a general social phenomenon.It exists in any human society.The great thinkers of ancient China made many brilliant expositions about crime prevention thought.But,as a branch of learning,criminology started in the West.There are great differences as well as many inner ties between ancient Chinese crime prevention thought and the western crime control theory.At present,in order to localize the west criminology in China,we need to integrate our ancient crime prevention thought with the west criminology so as to provide theoretical support and historical link for the Chinese localization of the west criminology.更多还原
