【摘要】 目的探讨高危产科护士层级评判的具体指标。方法采用开放性问卷,收集产科医务人员对高危产科护士层级评判指标的意见,分析、确定具体的层级评判指标。结果通过制定6个高危产科护士层级评判计数指标,将护士分为四个层级:组长、高级责任护士、初级责任护士、助理护士;制定11个计量指标,将同层级的护士进一步分为组长和准组长、高级责任护士和准高级责任护士。结论不断提升护理工作的内涵和专业水平,使护理工作具有层级性,是护士层级划分的基础;护士层级评判标准来自临床护士将更具有可操作性;绩效考核落到实处,才能有效性实施护士的层级管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the specific indicators of high-risk obstetric nurse level judgment.Methods: Using Open questionnaire to collect obstetric medical staff views on specific indicators of high-risk obstetric nurse level judgment.Results: By six count indicators,the nurses were divided into four levels,team leader,senior responsibility nurse,primary responsibility nurse,assistant nurse.By eleven measurable indicators,the same level nurses were divided into team leader and quasi team leader,senior responsibility nurse and quasi senior responsibility nurse.Conclusion: The hierarchical nature of nursing work is the foundation of nurse level judgment.The nurse level judgmental criteria should be operable.To achieve the nurse-level management by implementing performance appraisal.更多还原
