【摘要】 网络时代给视频作品的传播提供了快捷便利的条件,同时也给视频作品著作权的保护带来了严峻的挑战。虽然大学图书馆在相关的法律法规中有免责条款,但多数图书馆发生侵权行为的现象仍然十分普遍。大学图书馆应该加强自身建设,建立健全相关制度,配合防止侵权行为的技术水平的提高,才能有效地对网络视频著作权进行保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network era provides a fast and convenient conditions for the spread of video works,but it also poses a serious challenge to the copyright of video works.Although there are the university library exemption clauses in the relevant laws and regulations,the phenomenon of infringement exists widely in libraries.In order to protect the online video copyright effectively,the university library should improve their performance,strengthen the system construction,develop their skills to prevent infringement.更多还原
