豆科植物根际微量元素含量特征

【摘要】 探讨了甘肃天水干旱地区刺槐、紫穗槐、黄花草木犀、紫花苜蓿和野豌豆五种豆科植物根际与非根际土壤Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B和Mo六种微量元素的含量特征。结果表明:(1)五种豆科植物根际土壤pH值均低于非根际土壤,表现出了不同程度的酸化作用。(2)根际全铁含量紫穗槐与野豌豆高于非根际;全锰含量只有黄花草木犀低于非根际;全锌在五种植物根际土壤均呈现出明显的富集效应,其中刺槐最高为244.291%;紫花苜蓿、野豌豆全铜含量略低于非根际;全硼除刺槐富集外其余植物均亏缺;全钼五种植物均低于非根际。(3)根际有效铁含量黄花草木犀与野豌豆低于非根际;紫穗槐和野豌豆根际有效锰含量低于非根际;有效锌只有紫穗槐略有富集,其余植物根际有效锌都呈现出明显亏缺;有效铜除野豌豆外的其余四种植物根际均有不同程度的富集,刺槐最高为200%;有效硼除刺槐亏缺外其余植物均有富集,其中紫花苜蓿最高为47.392%;有效钼只有刺槐与紫穗槐略有富集。(4)六种微量元素全量与有效量在五种豆科植物根际分布具有不同特征,植物根际对六种元素全量总体呈现富集效应,而对有效量有近一半呈现亏缺。(5)五种豆科植物根际与非根际土壤各微量元素养分之间有一定的相关性。

【Abstract】 he characteristics of Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B and Mo concentrations in the rhizosphere and the rhizospheresurrounded bulk siol of 5 leguminous plants(i.e.L.Robinia pseudoacacia,L.Amorpha fruticosa,M.Officinalis,L.Medicago sativa,Vicia sepium Linn.) in gansu were investigated.The results revealed as follows.(1) the pH value in 5 leguminous plants rhizosphere were lower than that of the bulk soil,That showed varying degrees of acidification in the rhizosphere soil.(2) Contents of the total Fe in the rhizosphere of L.Amorpha fruticosa and Vicia sepium Linn.were higher than those of the bulk soils.The total Mn with M.Officinalis was lower of the bulk soils.all of five plants hand obvious enrichment effect in total Zn.Robinia pseudoacacia had the highest enrichment rate of 244.291%.The total Cu with L.Medicago sativa and Vicia sepium Linn were lower of the bulk soils.All of plants had waned with the total B except L.Robinia pseudoacacia.The total Mo were lower of the bulk soils with five plants.(3) The available Fe of M.Officinalis and Vicia sepium Linn.The available Mn of L.Amorpha fruticosa and Vicia sepium Linn were lower in the rhizosphere than bulk soils,The available Zn of all plants had nakedness waned but L.Amorpha fruticosa.Five plants had enrichment of available Cu except Vicia sepium Linn.and the highest enrichment rate occurred in L.Robinia pseudoacacia was 200%.the contents B of available with L.Robinia pseudoacacia was wane other than four plants.and L.Medicago sativa had the highest enrichment rate was 47.392%.L.Robinia pseudoacacia and L.Amorpha fruticosa of available B were enrichment.(4)It has vary distributing character of six microelement trace element in five leguminous plants rhizosphere.On the all leguminous plants rhizosphere of trace elements total Contents showed enrichment effect.but near half of available contents were deficit.(5) There was a complicated correlation between soil trace elements nutrients in the rhizosphere and the bulk soil.
