牛皮消化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Cynanchum auriculatum
【摘要】 通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18等多种分离材料从牛皮消的甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到12个化合物,经过核磁、质谱等方法分别鉴定为(5R,3E)-5-methoxy-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-3-hepten-2-one(1)、咖啡酸甲酯(2)、邻苯二甲酸甲酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸正丁异丁酯(4)、丹皮酚(5)、香草醛(6)、对羟基苯甲醛(7)、1-(4’-hydroxyphenyl)-propan-1,2-dione(8),(R)-2-hydroxy-1(4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheny)propan-1-one(9)、3-hy-droxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(10)、二-(2-乙基己基)—邻苯二甲酸酯(11)、东莨菪内酯(12),其中化合物1为新化合物,其余化合物从该种中首次分离。
【Abstract】 Twelve compounds including one new compound were firstly isolated from the ethanol extract of Cynanchum auriculatum by silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column chromatography.Their structures were determined as(5R,3E)-5-methoxy,6-hydroxy-6-methyl-3-hepten-2-one(1),caffeic acid methyl ester(2),dimethyl phthalate(3),phthalic acid,butyl isobutyl ester(4),paeonol(5),vanillin(6),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7),1-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-propan-1,2-dione(8),(R)-2-hydroxy-1(4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheny)propan-1-one(9),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(10),Bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(11)and scopoletin(12)on the basis of spectral analysis(MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and 2D-NMR).
