基于资源整合的社区学院能力建设新途径探讨

【摘要】 目前我国社区学院的建设与发展存在诸多亟待解决的问题。为此,可充分发挥高职教育资源优势,努力完善管理体制,增强资源整合、课程研发、队伍建设、科学研究、网络建设与信息化能力,提升内涵,实现社区教育服务社会的目标。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,in our country,there are still many problems in the construction and development of community colleges.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of serving the society,we can give full play to the superiority of higher vocational education and make great efforts to complete the management system,increase the abilities of resources integration,curriculum development,team construction,scientific research,network construction and informatization in community colleges.
