轮对组装工艺与质量可靠性探索

【摘要】 通过有限元仿真计算,分析了过盈量、摩擦因数、锥度等关键参数对压装力曲线的影响,并通过轮对实物压装试验进行了验证。

【Abstract】 The effects of such key parameters as interference,friction factors and taper on the curve of press mounting forces are analyzed through the finite element simulation calculation,and verified by the practical press mounting test for wheelsets.
