天津市高职院校师资队伍建设存在的问题分析与对策
Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of Teaching Staff Development in Vocational Colleges in Tianjin City
【摘要】 本文通过天津市高职院校师资队伍建设数量和质量现状的调查、对目前全市高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了适合高职院校师资队伍建设的对策。
【Abstract】 Based on the survey of the quantity and quality of the teaching team building in Tianjin vocational colleges,the paper makes an analysis on the problems in the construction of the teaching teams and put forward the appropriate countermeasures.
