【摘要】 目的评价佛山市高明区青少年(12～17岁)碘营养状况。方法分别抽取城区及农村地区部分初、高中学生共200名(男女各半)作为调查对象,检测尿碘水平及通过触诊结合B超检查甲状腺大小。结果 200名青少年中尿碘中位数为279.2μg/L,尿碘频数分布为:<100μg/L的样本为10%,100～199μg/L的样本为51%,200～299μg/L的样本为34.5%,≥300μg/L的样本为4.5%;甲状腺肿大率为4.5%。结论高明区青少年(12～17岁)碘营养状况水平总体处于适宜,中位数偏高属超过适宜量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the iodine nutritional status of adolescents(Aged 12~17) in Gaoming Zone,Foshan City.Methods Urinary iodine levels of 200 middle school students,half males and half females,in urban area and rural area,were tested.Thyroid sizes were also tested by palpation and by B-ultrasonograghy.Results Of the 200 middle school students,the median urinary iodine:279.2 μg/L.The urinary iodine value:<100 μg/L,the samples:10%.The samples of 100~199 μg/L:51%.The samples of 200~299 μg/L:34.5%.The samples of ≥300 μg/L:4.5%.The goiter rate:4.5%.Conclusion The iodine nutritional status of adolescents(Aged 12~17) in Gaoming Zone is suitable.The median urinary iodine is higher than appropriate amount.更多还原
