【摘要】 考虑负载均衡,引入小区最佳无线利用率的概念。从客户感知入手,通过线性处理将小区负载和客户感知指标结合起来。在此基础上,提出一种均衡网络的重选机制。根据优先级的不同,详细分析TD-LTE,TD-SCDMA和GSM 3种系统的重选参数与准则,使其能够保证网络重选后小区始终处于一个负载均衡的状态。这种方法有助于解决TD-LTE规模建网后的网络驻留问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering the balanced load,this paper imported a concept of cell optimal use-ratio. It combined customer per- ception with cell load,and put forward a new reselecting mechanism for TD-LTE based on balanced network. According to different priorities,this paper analyzed parameters and criterions of TD-LTE,TD-SCDMA and GSM,which guaranteed TD- LTE cells would be in a balanced condition after reselection. As a result,this method will help to solve the problem of fre- quent reselection for TD-LTE.更多还原
