基于LabVIEW的小型精馏塔测控系统开发

【摘要】 基于LabVIEW开发了小型精馏塔的计算机测控系统。系统硬件采用NI-USB6008数据采集卡、通用外围硬件与个人PC;软件部分采用基于图形化编程语言的LabVIEW 8.6。设计任务包括温度和压力的测点数据采集、显示与存储以及电加热套功率大小的控制,全回流与部分回流的状态切换和进出料泵转速、启停、全速与正常、正反转运转状态的控制,共计9个测控点,基本满足精馏实验需要。实验应用表明,在测控系统的辅助下,精馏塔运行状态监控方便灵活,系统自动化程度高且修改与升级方便快捷,大大减少了实验工作量,效率得到了提高。

【Abstract】 A computer measurement and control system of small-scale distillation column was developed based on LabVIEW.The hardware of the system was constructed using NI-USB6008,universal peripheral hardware and a personal computer.LabVIEW 8.6 on graphical programming language was adopted for developing the software of the system.The design tasks included collection,display and storage of the experimental data of the temperature and pressure,control of the power of the heating jacket,switch of total reflux and partial reflux,control of the speed,start-stop,maximum speed & normal speed,and positive & negative conditions of the pumps for the feed-in and feed-out of materials.The system of nine measurement and control points meets the distillation experiment requirements.It has a friendly human-machine interface,multiple data display,flexible storage and precise control of the equipments.
