【摘要】 目的 评估微型钢板内固定治疗断指再植后骨不连的疗效。方法 对断指再植后出现指骨骨不连的11例12指均行切开复位内固定术,术中清理骨不连断端嵌压的软组织,疏通髓腔并复位,对存在明显骨缺损的采用自体骨植骨。12指均采用AO微型钢板固定。结果 本组术后获得2~24个月随访,平均10.5个月。骨不连全部愈合,愈合时间最短7周,最长15周,平均10.3周。结论 微型钢板内固定是治疗断指再植后指骨骨不连的理想方法,固定牢靠,能早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment outcome of phalange nonunion after digital replantation with miniplates.Methods 11 cases(12 digits) of phalange nonunion after digital replantation were collected from 2009 to 2012,which were completely opened and reducted.Age:19—47,average age:28.All cases were treated using AO steel miniplates.Clean up soft tissue in the nonunion stump,dredged the canal and reset.Iliac crest bone graft was carried out when there was a obvious bone defect.Results All the cases were healed completely after 2 to 24 months(the average were 10.5 months).The shortest duration of healing was 7 weeks,while the longest 15 weeks,with the average 10.3 weeks.Conclusion Internal fixation with AO miniplates is an optimal method for phalange nonunion after digital replantation,which allows early exercise and gives good results.更多还原
