【摘要】 对采自云南的热带小奥德蘑(Oudemansiella canarii)菌株进行驯化培养。结果表明:热带小奥德蘑菌丝生长的适宜温度为28℃,最适宜pH为8.5;热带小奥德蘑可以在棉籽壳、木屑为主料的培养料(50%棉籽壳、30%木屑、18%麸皮、石灰2%,pH自然,含水量65%～70%)上生长,一般从接种到子实体采收完成约65～71 d,生物学效率为122.66%±5.11%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Selected biological characteristics and the artificial cultivation of an Oudemansiella canarii strain,collected from Yunnan Province,have been reported.Mycelium derived from the mushroom fruit body grew well at 28 ℃ on growth medium adjusted to pH 8.5.Using a substrate consisting of 50% cottonseed hulls,30% sawdust,18% wheat bran and 1% lime(pH unadjusted),and with a moisture content of 65%-70%,the cultivation cycle from inoculation to harvest ranged between 65 d and 71 d,and the biological efficiency was 122.7%±5.1%.更多还原
