【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下经肛门拖出双吻合器切除在低位直肠癌手术中的应用。方法:回顾分析12例低位直肠癌患者施行腹腔镜辅助下经肛门拖出双吻合器切除术的临床资料。结果:12例手术均获成功,无中转开腹,手术时间150～230min,平均180min,无手术死亡病例,吻合口瘘2例,随访时间3～14个月,无吻合口复发。结论:低位直肠癌施行腹腔镜辅助下经肛门拖出双吻合器切除术安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application of Laparoscopy-assisted transanal pull-through with double stapler technique resection for low rectal carcinoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 12 cases of low rectal carcinoma underwent laparoscopic-assisted transanal pull-through with double stapler technique resection.Results:The 12 patients were completed the operation successfully,no case was converted to open surgery,and no operative death.The mean operative time was 180 min(150~230 min).Postoperative stoma leakage in 2 cases.Patients were followed-up for 3~14 months,and there was no anastomotic recurrence.Conclusion:Laparoscopy-assisted transanal pull-through with double stapler technique resection is a safe and feasible approach to the surgical treatment of low rectal carcinoma.更多还原
