【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者外周血淋巴细胞频率变化。方法 利用流式细胞术检测25例正常对照者、28例慢性无症状乙肝病毒携带者(chronic asymptomatic HBV carrier,ASC)和72例CHB患者外周血T细胞、NK细胞、CD3~+CD16~+CD56~+NKT细胞和B细胞的频率。结果 与对照组和ASC组比较,CHB患者CD4~+T细胞、NK细胞、CD3~+CD16~+CD56~+NKT细胞频率和CD4/CD8比值减低(P<0.05,<0.05,<0.01,<0.01),而CD8~+T细胞频率增高(P<0.01),CD3~+T细胞和B细胞频率组间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 CHB患者存在T细胞亚群、NK细胞和CD3~+CD16~+CD56~+NKT细胞比例失衡,纠正CHB患者细胞免疫紊乱非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate frequencies of peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulation profile in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods Frequencies of T-lymphocyte subsets,natural kill(NK) cells,CD3~+ CD16~+ CD56~+ NKT cells,B-cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry in 25 normal controls,28 chronic asymptomatic HBV carriers(ASC) and 72 CHB patients.Results Compared with the control group and ASC,frequencies of CD4~+ T cells,NK cells,CD3~+CD16~+CD56~+NKT cells and CD4/CD8 ratio were decreased significantly in CHB patients(P<0.05,0.05,0.01,0.01),while frequencies of CD8~+T cells were increased significantly(P<0.01),frequencies of CD3~+T cells and B cells were not statistically significant among groups(P>0.05,0.05).Conclusion The disproportionality of T-lymphocyte subpopulations,NK cells and CD3~+CD16~+CD56~+ NKT cells exist in CHB patients.It is very important to adjust cell immunity disorder in CHB patients.更多还原
