【摘要】 胶体金免疫层析技术不仅操作简便、快速、特异,而且特别适用于广大基层检验人员的现场检测。介绍了胶体金免疫层析技术,综述了胶体金免疫层析技术在牛奶中14种β-内酰胺类抗生素、5种四环素类抗生素、1种氨基糖苷类抗生素、1种氯霉素类抗生素、2种大环内酯类抗生素、12种磺胺类抗生素和11种氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留检测中的应用;同时对胶体金免疫层析技术在牛奶中抗生素残留检测中的应用前景进行了展望,指出了其未来的4个发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay is not only a simple,rapid and specific detection technology,but also is particularly suitable for grassroots inspectors on-site detection.This paper introduces the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay,reviews its application into testing 14 kinds of beta-lactams antibiotic residues,5 kinds of tetracyclines antibiotic residues,one kind of aminoglycosides antibiotic residues,one kind of chloramphenicols antibiotic residue,2 kinds of macrolides antibiotic residues and 11 kinds of fluoroquinolones antibiotic residues in milk,meanwhile it makes an application outlook of the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay in testing antibiotic residues and pointes out 4 developing directions of the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay in the future.更多还原
