【摘要】 [目的]了解抗精神病药物治疗前后病人体重、血糖及血脂变化;探讨影响病人体重、血糖及血脂变化的因素。[方法]调查北京市某精神病专科医院住院的111例精神分裂症及情感障碍病人,测量病人服药前及服药10周时的体重、血糖及血脂值。[结果]服药前后病人的体重及体重指数、血糖及三酰甘油都有明显增加(P<0.05),不同文化程度、病程的病人体重及体重指数变化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,文化程度和病程是体重及体重指数的影响因素。[结论]抗精神病药物治疗前后病人体重及血糖、血脂均增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know about the weight,blood glucose and blood lipid changes of patients before and after receiving antipsychotic medication,and to probe into the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 111 schizophrenia and affective disorder patients were investigated who were in apsychiatric hospital in Beijing city,then to measure weight,blood glucose and blood lipid of patients before medication and at 10 weeks after medication.Results:The patients’ weight and body mass index,glucose,and triglycerides have increased significantly both before and after antipsychotic medication(P <0.05),there were statistically significant differences in changes of weight and body mass index of patients in different cultural levels and courses of disease(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that education level and courses of disease were influencing factors of body weight and body mass index.Conclusion:The weight,blood glucose and blood lipids of patients increased both before and after antipsychotic medication.更多还原
