煤矸石酸浸除铁的工艺研究
Technical research on the iron removal from the coal gangue by acid leaching
【摘要】 提取煤矸石中的有价元素是煤矸石资源化利用的有效方法之一,本研究针对高铁、低铝、低热值煤矸石,利用稀硫酸浸出其中的铁,达到脱铁富铝的目的。分别考察酸浓度、酸浸温度、液固比、酸浸时间等因素对铁浸出率的影响。结果表明,铁的最佳溶出条件为:硫酸浓度15%,酸浸温度45℃,液固质量比4:1,酸浸时间4h。可以证明在上述条件下,铁的浸出率可以达到82.13%。
【Abstract】 Extracting useful chemical ingredients is an effective method to utilize the coal gangue. In order to remove iron and concentrate aluminum,the iron-rich coal gangue with low contents of aluminum and low heating value was removed iron by sulfuric acid leaching. The influence of the acid concentration, acid leaching temperature, ratio of acid/coal gangue and reacting time etc. on iron leaching rate were studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions were obtained as follows : the sulphuric acid concentration was 15%,the ratio of acid/coal gangue was 4: 1 and acid leaching at 45 ℃ for 4 h. In the above condition, the iron removal ratio would be 82.13%.
