豆芽中连二亚硫酸钠含量的高效离子色谱法检测

【摘要】 建立离子色谱法分离检测豆芽中的连二亚硫酸钠。采用分离柱和电导检测器,柱温为30℃,淋洗液是15%100 mmol/L的NaOH溶液和85%的去离子水的条件下,在0.1~10 mg/L范围内有很好的线性,相关系数为0.998 9,本方法的定量限为0.1 mg/kg。该方法用于不同种类的豆芽中连二亚硫酸钠的检测,方法有操作简单、分析时间短等特点。

【Abstract】 An efficient method was developed to analyze sodium hydrosulfite in bean sprout.Samples were eluted with 15% 100 mmol/L NaOH and 85% deionized water and detected by ion chromatography(IC) coupled with electrical conductivity detector with column temperature set at 30 ℃.The calibration curves shown good linearity in the range of 0.1~10 mg/L,correlation coefficent was 0.998 9,with the method limits of quantity of 0.1 mg/kg.The method were applied to determinate the sodium hydrosulfite in bean sprout with easy operation and short parsing time.
