【Abstract】 Nowadays,lots of online learning communities are not fully utilized.This article takes the virtual learning community named "VB GOOD" for example,trying to analyze its successful causes from the perspective of synergetics and giving some enlightenments for the development of virtual learning communities from the aspects such as enlarging the degree of openness,promoting formation of the order parameter,controlling the negative parameters and promoting the positive parameters,as well as promoting collaboration and strengthening competition and so on.更多还原
