【Abstract】 Physical fatigue is one of the manifestations of sub-health, it is also one of the research focuses in recent years. In this work, a new anti-fatigue functional food was studied that the main ingredients are cervus-elaphus linnaeus antler, cervus-elaphus linnaeus blood power, Ginseng extracts, Astragalus extracts and Lycium barbarum extrracts. The results of stability test under 37 ℃ preservation condition showed that the stability of marked component total saponins was stable. Evaluation on toxicity and security showed that the product was non-toxic and safe. The results of functional tests on animals showed that the product has significant anti-fatigue effect.更多还原
