【摘要】 讨论了一类具有脉冲免疫的媒介传播的SⅣS流行病模型.疾病的进程依赖感染年龄,时刻t传染率受时刻t-τ媒介种群的影响.模型存在一无病周期解.分析表明存在依赖于脉冲周期和脉冲免疫比例的基本再生数R0(p,T),当R0(p,T)<1时,无病周期解是全局稳定的.

【Abstract】 An SIVS epidemic model for vector-transmission is formulated in this paper,where the model includes a pulse vaccination strategy,disease progress depends on infection age,and the force of infection at the present time depends on the number of infectives at the past because there will be a time delay when the infectious agents developed in the vector.The disease-free periodic solution of the system is obtained.The analytical results show that there is an impulsive period T and a vaccination proportion p such that R0(p,T)<1 in which the periodic solution is globally stable.
