【摘要】 目的观察多功能微波治疗仪联合美宝疤痕软膏对颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合后新生皮肤的保护作用及预防瘢痕增生、止痒、止痛的疗效。方法将80例颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组应用多功能微波治疗仪联合美宝疤痕软膏治疗,对照组单独使用美宝疤痕软膏治疗,观察比较两组的疗效。结果在深Ⅱ度创面愈合后应用多功能微波治疗仪联合美宝疤痕软膏治疗,缓解瘢痕痒痛症状的有效率为92.5%,防止色素沉着的有效率为87.5%,预防瘢痕增生的有效率为90.0%,明显优于单独使用美宝疤痕软膏治疗者;在浅Ⅱ度创面中,两组疗效无明显差异。结论在颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合后的治疗过程中,美宝疤痕软膏可以抑制瘢痕增生,改善瘢痕痒痛、色素沉着等症状,此外,联合多功能微波治疗仪对预防瘢痕增生的效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ob serve the protective function and preventive effect of countering scar hyperplasia,itch and pain of the combined therapy of multi-functional microwave therapy apparatus and MEBO Scar Ointment when managing the newly generated skin after the healing of second-degree facial burn.Methods Eighty patients with healed second-degree facial burn wounds were divided into two groups randomly.One treatment group of 40 patients was treated with multifunctional microwave therapy apparatus in combination with MEBO Scar Ointment;the control group of 40 patients was treated only with MEBO Scar Ointment.The curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the application of multi-functional microwave therapy apparatus in combination with MEBO Scar Ointment on the deep seconddegree healed wounds,the effective rate of alleviating scar,itch and pain was 92.5%,that of preventing hyperpigmentation was 87.5%and that of preventing scar hyperplasia was 90.0%,which were obviously superior to that in the control group treated simply with MEBO Scar Ointment.But for the superficial second-degree wound,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment course of healed second-degree facial burn wounds,MEBO Scar Ointment can prevent scar hyperplasia and improve the symptoms of itch,pain and hyperpigmentation and etc.However, when it is used in combination with multi-functional microwave therapy apparatus,the better curative effect of preventing scar hyperplasia can be realized.更多还原
