【摘要】 目的探讨湿润烧伤膏结合大范围超薄皮瓣治疗腋臭的疗效。方法收集369例湿润烧伤膏结合大范围超薄皮瓣治疗腋臭患者的临床资料,并对其中237例的随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果 237例患者随访时间为0.5～5年,患者自我感觉同时医生嗅诊均无异味者233例,根治率达98.31%,均无增生性瘢痕,疗效满意。结论外用湿润烧伤膏结合大范围超薄皮瓣治疗腋臭疗效满意,并发症少,瘢痕不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment effect of extensive thin split-thickness flap in treating Hircismus. Methods The clinical data of 369 patients with Hircismus treated with MEBO in combination with extensive thin splitthickness flap were collected,of which the follow-up data of 237 patients were analyzed.Results The follow-up time of the 237 patients was 0.5～5 years.233 patients were odourless based on self-sensation and doctor’ s olfactory examination and the curative rate was 98.31%.No hyperplastic scar was left and the treatment effect was satisfying.Conclusion External application of MEBO in combination with extensive thin split-thickness flap to treat Hircismus can realize satisfying treatment effects such as fewer complications and unobvious scar.更多还原
