【摘要】 城市暴雨积水是一种常见灾害,因其发生频次高和至灾重已成为城市防洪减灾及建设管理中急需解决的问题。通过对河北省沧州市区排水现状和近几年强降雨后的积水情况分析,认为水文气象因素、地势低洼、市区排水设施老化及建设不合理、部门之间协调不足是造成城区暴雨积水的主要原因,并针对沧州的实际情况,提出了相应的减灾措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Downtown water logging with high frequency and heavy loss caused by rainstorm is a common disaster, which is also a problem to be resolved in downtown management of flood prevention and disaster reduction.Based on the draining current situation and water logging condition caused by rainstorm, it shows that bad hydrological and meterological factors, low-lying terrain, the less coordination between different sectors are the main reasons of water logging. Furthermore, the corresponding disaster reduction measures are carried out.更多还原
