中小型水电站大体积混凝土温控风险分析

【摘要】 对于中小型水电工程,由于基础部位大体积混凝土方量占总体混凝土方量比例较小,施工持续时段不长,若建立一套完整的温控系统及设备,利用率不高,混凝土的摊销成本较大。为此,以安谷水电站工程为例,通过对混凝土温控风险因素进行分析,找出导致混凝土温升最主要因素,并提出有针对性的温控措施,以解决中小型水电工程温控措施与投资之间的矛盾。

【Abstract】 Because the mass concrete in foundation of small and medium hydropower projects only accounts a smaller proportion to total concrete and the pouring duration of foundation concrete is not long, a complete temperature control system and equipment will not be fully used and the cost will be higher. Taking Angu Hydropower Station project as a case study, the risk factors of concrete temperature control are analyzed to identify the most important factor which leading concrete temperature rise, and then corresponding temperature control measures are proposed to eliminate the contradiction between temperature control requirement and investment of small and medium hydropower projects.
