溧阳抽水蓄能电站大坝填筑质量分析

【摘要】 江苏溧阳抽水蓄能电站大坝填筑质量检测以排水区和增模区堆石料质量为标准。排水区堆石料填筑质量检测指标主要为孔隙率、粒径小于5 mm的颗粒含量和渗透系数,其次为颗粒级配。增模区堆石料填筑质量检测指标主要为孔隙率、粒径小于0.075 mm的颗粒含量和渗透系数,其次为颗粒级配。检测成果表明,其级配良好,满足设计、规范要求,并为及时掌握工程施工质量动态和进行质量控制提供了依据,也为后续大坝填筑施工工程质量控制和质量检测提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】 The quality of rockfill filling in drainage and plastication areas are taken as the quality detection standard of dam filling in Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station.The main detection indicators of rockfill filling in drainage area include the porosity,the content of particle with a size less than 5 mm and the permeability coefficient,and the secondary indicator is particle gradation.The main detection indicators of rockfill filling in plastication area include the porosity,the content of particle with a size less than 0.075 mm and the permeability coefficient,and the secondary indicator is particle gradation.The detection results show that the rockfills have good gradation and meet the requirements of design and specification.The detection provide a basis for understanding and controlling construction quality in time,and also provide a reference to further quality control and detection of dam filling.
