【Abstract】 The factors were analyzed through the heat rate for the two Indonesia BOT thermal power projects related about affecting investment on the project.It was revealed that fuel payments and unit performance test of the grid power purchase agreement(PPA) signed by the company,which heat rate consumption,the actual coal consumption and the efficiency of the units are closely related to.During the design,supervision,construction,commissioning,operation stages and so on,the process was well controlled with the heat rate in the final,in order to ensure the safety of funds for the foreign investment,and then gain maximum benefits.更多还原
