【摘要】 目的观察健脾疏肝方治疗肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的研究方法,将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予曲美布汀片和酪酸梭菌活菌片治疗,治疗组予健脾疏肝方汤剂。两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效及中医证候积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.50%、85.00%,组间中医证候疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.015)。两组治疗后中医证候总分及各主要症状积分均明显减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后,除食后腹胀外,其余次要症状积分明显减少(P<0.05);对照组食欲减退、食后腹胀积分明显减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,口苦口黏、精神疲乏、四肢无力、畏寒怕冷、烦躁易急等次要症状积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾疏肝方能有效改善肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床症状,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Jianpi Shugan Formula"in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS). Methods Eighty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with Trimebutine Tablets and Clostridium Butyricum Tablets,and patients in treatment group were treated with"Jianpi Shugan Formula",with the course of 1month. The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom score were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.50%in the treatment group and 85.00%in the control group,with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of total TCM symptoms and main symptoms were decreased markedly(P<0.05);with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Except for abdominal distension after eating,the scores of other symptoms were decreased markedly after treatment in treatment group(P<0.05);while the scores of anorexia and abdominal distension were decreased markedly in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences in the symptoms of bitter taste,sticky and greasy in mouth,fatigue,weakness of limbs,aversion to cold and dysphoria between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion "Jianpi Shugan Formula"has certain effects to improve the clinical symptoms of D-IBS.更多还原
