碳纤维管状复合材料拉伸强度测试方法研究

【摘要】 针对目前高强度管状复合材料测试方法和手段不成熟的问题,提出了碳纤维管状复合材料拉伸强度的两种测试方法——取样拉伸法和整体拉伸法,它们分别用于大管径和小管径的测试。对试件的制作方法进行了研究和实验,并研制出专用夹具用于整体拉伸测试,通过实验验证了夹具的可行性和优越性,从而突破了高强度管状复合材料强度测试时夹持困难的瓶颈。

【Abstract】 Based on the immature testing methods of the current high-strength tubular composite materials,the two testing methods of tensile strength for carbon fiber composite materials are proposed: the sampling stretching method and the whole stretch method. These two testing methods were used for both big diameter tubes and small diameter tubes,respectively. By researching and experimenting on specimen production methods,a special grip for overall tensile testing was developed,while also verifying the feasibility and superiority of the grip by experiments. Thus it breaks through the bottleneck of clamping difficulty with the high-strength tubular composite strength test.
