【摘要】 单件流是一种先进的服装生产方式,极大地依赖企业生产线组织和管理水平。对单件流生产概念及目标进行了概述,结合服装企业生产实际,对车缝车间生产线车位排布和站立式生产组织与管理方式进行了探讨。结果表明,U型排车位和站立式生产能有效地体现单件流生产的优势。提出了实施单件流生产的其他一些关键要素。更多还原

【Abstract】 One-piece flow is one of advanced production methods,realization of which seriously depends on organization and management of the production.The article describes the concept and goal of the one-piece flow production.Based on garment workshop production,it also discussed the organization and management of the sewing position layout and standing type production in sewing workshop.It shows that U type layout and standing type production can effectively realize advantage one-piece flow production with other keys to realize one-piece flow also presented.更多还原
