【摘要】 目的优选白斑乳膏Ⅱ号的基质处方。方法针对影响乳膏剂外观性状和稳定性的因素,用正交设计法,以油相、乳化剂和乳化温度为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行实验。结果最佳的基质处方是:100 g白斑乳膏Ⅱ号中含液状石蜡9 g,白凡士林10 g,十八醇3 g,平平加O 1 g,十二烷基硫酸钠0.6 g,单硬脂酸甘油酯4 g,乳化温度80℃。结论正交设计法优选出的基质处方所配制的乳膏外观性状好,质量稳定,符合《中国药典》2010年版软膏项下有关规定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the matrix prescription of Genitalia Leukoplakia Cream Ⅱ.Methods According to the factors that affect the appearance properties and stability of creams,orthogonal design method was used with oil phase,emulsifiers and emulsifying temperature as variable factors and table L9(34) was used to carry out the experiment.Results The optimum matrix prescription were that 9 g liquid paraffin,10 g white vaseline,3 g octadecanol,1 g peregal O,0.6 g sodium dodecyl sulfate and 4 g glyceryl monostearate in 100 g Genitalia Leukoplakia Cream Ⅱ and the emulsifying temperature was 80 ℃.Conclusion The cream that prepared with the optimized matrix prescription had well appearance properties,stable quality and complied with the relevant stipulations in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010.更多还原
