吗替麦考酚酯合成工艺研究
Research on the Synthesis Process of Mycophenolate Mofetil
【摘要】 对吗替麦考酚酯合成工艺进行了优化研究。以麦考酚酸为起始原料,经酰化、缩合和重结晶制得吗替麦考酚酯成品,HPLC检测纯度高于99.5%,收率大于85%。
【Abstract】 The paper was aimed to study the synthetic process of Mycophenolate mofetil.It’s prepared with mycophenolate acid as starting material through acylationg,condensation and re-crystallization.The average yield of mycophenolate mofetil was more than 85% with a purity of 99.5 %.
