【摘要】 目的:观察盒灸护理对前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛患者膀胱痉挛、疼痛及并发症的影响。方法:将72例我科已行前列腺电切术,发生膀胱痉挛的住院患者,按入院顺序随机分为两组,治疗组使用盒灸护理加常规护理,对照组使用常规护理。实际完成试验72例,其中治疗组34例,对照组38例。均每天盒灸护理2次,连续护理3天观察疗效。结果:盒灸护理法在改善前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛、疼痛及出血情况方面,治疗组优于对照组,相关指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:盒灸护理是改善患者前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛、疼痛及出血情况的一种操作简便、无痛苦、费用低廉、易于推广的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research box moxibustion treatments for prostate electric resection of bladder spasm in patients with bladder spasm,pain and complications.Methods:72 cases of our department had been in the prostate transurethral resection of bladder spasm inpatient admission order box moxibustion care plus routine care were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the controlled group using conventional care.Actually completed the trial,72 cases in which treatment group,34 patients in the controlled group of 38 cases.Effects were observed when box moxibustion were done every day and the care lasted for 3 days.Results:Box moxibustion could improve the prostate patients with resection of bladder spasm,pain and bleeding,the effects of the treatment group were better than the controlled group,significant difference related indicators( P <0.05).Conclusions:Box moxibustion care can improve bladder spasm,pain and bleeding in patients with prostate electric resection,and the operation is simple,painless,inexpensive and easy to spread.更多还原
