【摘要】 目的探讨新版医疗知情同意书的有效、可持续应用。方法采用文献分析、现场调研、同行评议等多种方法,通过卫生部推荐的新版《医疗知情同意书汇编》,收集临床需求及问题,推广应用。结果参照卫生部276份医疗知情同意书样板,共完善扩充以及筛选218份医疗知情同意书院内模板,在医院11个科室应用,效果明显。结论提出新版医疗知情同意书的应用建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective and sustainable application of the new medical informed consent. Methods Several methods such as literature analysis,field research,peer review etc were used to collect clinical needs and problems and promote the application,through the new version of"compilation of the medical informed consent"recommended by the ministry of health. Results With reference to the 276 medical informed consent templates of the ministry of health,218 medical informed consent templates of our hospital were improved,expanded and selected. These were applied in the 11 departments of the hospital,the effect were obvious. Conclusion The suggestions of the application of new medical informed consent were proposed.更多还原
