【摘要】 目的探讨儿童不同类型斜视手术的远期疗效。方法对1996年1月～2011年12月,在我院行首次小儿斜视矫正术的218例儿童进行分析。其中内斜视76例、外斜视83例、先天性上斜肌麻痹18例、分离性垂直斜视11例、A-V综合征9例及其他先天性特殊类型斜视21例。术后平均随访8.5年。观察术后正位率。结果 218例患儿中,外斜视组83例患儿有45例手术后眼位变化完全正位,正位率为54.22%。内斜视组76例患儿有21例手术后眼位变化完全正位,正位率为27.63%。其他类型斜视组59例患儿有14例完全正位,正位率为23.73%。结论针对儿童不同类型斜视原因,选择合适的手术时间与手术方式,可以有效地增强远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the different types of pediatric strabismus operation curative effect.Methods 1996 January -2011 December in our hospital,the first pediatric strabismus surgery on 218 cases of children were analysisd.Among of then,76 cases of esotropia,exotropia 83 cases,congenital superior oblique palsy 18 cases,dissociated vertical deviation 11 cases,9 cases of AV syndrome and other congenital special forms of strabismus 21 cases.After an average follow-up of 8.5 years,Observation of postoperative positive rate were observed.Results Among 218 cases,45 cases of exotropia were changed to positive completely,positive rate is 54.22%.21 cases of esotropia were changed to positive completely,positive rate is 27.63%.14 cases of Other types of strabismus were changed to positive completely,positive rate is 23.73%.Conclusion The children with different types of strabismus,choose appropriate operation time and operation mode,can effectively enhance the long-term curative effect.更多还原
