【摘要】 目的研究应用埋植式药物泵化学治疗晚期口腔癌的价值。方法对32例晚期口腔癌患者根据肿瘤部位分别应用埋植式药物泵通过颞浅动脉逆行插管至舌动脉、颌内动脉、面动脉平面进行区域性动脉化疗。化疗药物采用顺铂、5-氟脲嘧啶、甲氨碟呤联合应用,每周期用药1周,间隔2周,重复2～6周期化疗。结果 32例晚期口腔癌患者经埋植式药物泵化学治疗后,有效率(RR)75%,其中完全缓解(CR)11例(34.38%)、部分缓解(PR)13例(40.63%)。结论应用埋植式药物泵化学治疗晚期口腔癌的有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy for advanced oral cancer using subcutaneous implantable drug delivery system(IDDS).Methods 32 patients with advanced oral cancer were implanted IDDS through the superficial temporal artery according to the tumor site.The chemotherapy drugs were used through IDDS.Effect and side effect were observed.Results Response rate(RR) was 75%,and complete remission(CR) was 11 cases(34.38%),partial remission(PR) was 13 cases(40.63%).No Serious side effect were observed.Conclusion The application of intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy using IDDS have good clinical value.更多还原
