【Abstract】 Farmland has the function of ecological conservation and social security,which is similar to the characteristics of public goods.It is difficult to achieve a balance between supply and demand of farmland’s external value,which resulting the supply dilemma of farmland’s external value.Constructing an internal mechanism of external value is an effective way to eliminate this dilemma.Firstly,governments have to provide the necessary production condition to farmers.Secondly,the governments should to improve the compensation mechanism of farmland’s external value.更多还原
