水合肼还原高纯硝酸银的ICP-AES同时测定其9种杂质元素的方法研究

【摘要】 研究建立高纯硝酸银中杂质元素的简便而快速的分离、富集与测试方法在实践中具有重大意义.为解决以前存在的步骤烦琐问题,采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA)作杂质元素的络合保护剂、氨水溶解硝酸银、水合肼还原沉淀除去硝酸银中的大量银,挥发氯化铵后用ICP-AES法直接测定主要杂质元素,建立了感光级高纯硝酸银中Bi、Cd、Fe、Cr、Ni、Mn、Cu、Pb、Pd同时快速ICP-AES测定法.实验结果表明:当上述元素含量高于50 ng/g时,回收率为92.4%~113.8%,相对标准偏差RSD小于3.2%,测定结果满意.

【Abstract】 A convenient and simultaneous determination method of nine traces of metal impurity elements in high-purity silver nitrate by ICP-AES was studied in this paper.After separating silver with EDTA as protector of the metal impurities,ammonia as solvent,hydrazine as reducer and volatilizing ammonium chloride,Bi,Cd,Fe,Cr,Ni,Mn,Cu,Pb,and Pd were determined by ICP-AES directly.The results showed when the contents of Bi,Cd,Fe,Cr,Ni,Mn,Cu,and Pb impurity elements in high-purity silver nitrate were higher than 50 ng/g,RSD was less than 3.2% and the recovery rate was 96.0%-113.8%,and the testing results agreed with those by ICP-MS.The new method adopting for accurate determination of Bi,Cd,Fe,Cr,Ni,Mn,Cu,Pb,and Pd above 50 ng/g in silver nitrate including high-purity sensitization grade has been developed.
