老年颈动脉粥样斑块患者血清MMP-9,TIMP-1与hs-CRP水平变化

【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白9((MMP9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)及超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)表达水平与颈动脉粥样斑块稳定性的关系。方法选取老年就诊患者90例,超声测量颈动脉中膜厚度、斑块特点,将测量结果分内膜毛糙组、稳定板块组及易损板块组,同时测定血清MMP9、及Hs-CRP表达水平。结果按照超声诊断标准:内膜毛糙组30例,稳定板块组33例,易损板块组27例。血清MMP9、Hs-CRP比较:易损斑块组血清MMP9、Hs-CRP表达显著高于稳定斑块组及无斑块组(P<0.05),稳定斑块组及无斑块组无显著差异(P>0.05);血清TIMP-1比较:易损斑块组TIMP-1表达显著低于稳定斑块组及内膜毛糙组(P<0.05),稳定损斑块组及内膜毛糙组两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论血清MMP9、TIMP-1及Hs-CRP表达水平与颈动脉粥样斑块的不稳定性有关,测定其血清浓度可能对斑块易损性有预测价值。

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study was to evaluate serum matrix metalloproteinase(MMP9),tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP-1)and High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)expression in gerontal patients with aortic sclerosis plaque.Methods 90patients were recruited.The intima-media-thickness(IMT)and plaques of carotid artery were measured.The serum MMP9,TIMP-1and Hs-CRP were measured by ELISA.Results According to ultrasonic diagnosis the patients were divided into endometrial coarse group(28patients),stable plaque group(32patients)and unstable plaque group(30patients).The statistically significant higher levels of MMP9and Hs-CRP were noticed in the patients with unstable plaque(P<0.05).there were no significant difference of MMP9and Hs-CRP between the endometrial coarse group and stable plaque group(P>0.05)Serum TIMP-1levels significant lowerr in unstable plaque group than the endometrial coarse group and stable plaque group(P<0.05). there were no significant deviation of TIMP-1between the endometrial coarse group and the stable plaque group(P> 0.05).Conclusion The serum MMP-9,TIMP-1and Hs-CRP expression were association with carotid atherosclerotic plaques and may be used to identify vulnerable plaques.
