【摘要】 目的探讨视频脑电图(VEEG)监测在神经重症监护室(NICU)意识障碍患者中的应用价值。方法对入住NICU的71例急性起病的意识障碍患者进行VEEG检测,采用Synek分级标准进行VEEG分级,分析VEEG分级与病因和预后的关系。结果 VEEG分级与病因(P=0.013)及预后(P=0.000)的相关性有统计学意义;非痉挛性癫的检出率为25.4%,且其与预后有显著相关(P=0.016)。结论 VEEG对NICU中的意识障碍患者的诊断、治疗选择及预后评价有临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of video electroencephalogram(VEEG) in unconsciousness patients in neurological intensive care unit(NICU).Methods VEEG examination was carried out in 71 patients with disturbance of consciousness in NICU.The VEEG results were graded according to the Synek classification.The relationship between the VEEG results and patients’ etiology and prognosis were analyzed.Results There were significant relationships between the VEEG grades and etiology(P=0.013) as well as the prognosis(P=0.000).25.4% of all patients were found to have non-convulsive seizures,which was significantly related to the poor prognosis(P=0.016).Conclusion It was useful to examine the unconsciousness patients by VEEG for determination of diagnosis,decision of treatment,and prediction of prognosis.更多还原
