【摘要】 目的观察传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化,探讨机体免疫功能和IM发病的关系。方法采用多参数流式细胞术(FCM)检测40例IM患者(IM组)和30例正常对照组(对照组)外周血的T淋巴细胞(CD3+)及其亚群(CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+)、CD19+和CD16+56+(NK)细胞,并进行比较。结果与对照组相比,CD3+CD4+T细胞、CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+T细胞比值、CD19+和CD16+56+细胞显著降低(P<0.01),CD3+T细胞、CD3+CD8+T细胞水平则显著升高(P<0.01)。结论 IM患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群异常,可能存在细胞与体液免疫功能紊乱,淋巴细胞亚群可做为IM患者免疫状态及评估预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance and changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subtypes in patients with Infectious Mononucleosis(IM).Methods T(CD3+),NK(CD16+56+)and its lymphocyte subtypes in peripheral blood of 40 cases with IM were measured by flow cytometry and compared with 30 normal patients.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3+CD4+,CD19+,CD16+56+cells and the ratio of CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+T were significantly lower(P<0.01),while the level of CD3+ and CD3+CD8+cells were significantly highe(r P<0.01)in 40 cases with IM.Conclusions The abnormality of peripheral blood lymphocyte subtypes in patients with IM indicated the disorder of cellular and humoral immune function and lymphocyte subtypes might be an important indicator for evaluating immune status and prognosis of IM patients.更多还原
